Cancellations, Refunds & Exchanges

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.

    Contact us as soon as possible.

  • Refund Policy We don’t offer refunds or exchanges if you just change your mind.

    • Fresh Henna Cones & Jagua Gel: These are fresh, perishable items that have to stay frozen. Because of that, they cannot be returned or swapped under any circumstances.

    • Powder & Kits: We will take these back within 14 days only if they are completely unopened and in the original packaging. You pay the return postage.

    We will assess the issue and provide a replacement or refund where applicable.

  • Exchanges are only available for items that arrive damaged or incorrect.

    Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.

    Approved exchanges will be processed for the same item only.
